Legislation: Review legislation which materially impacts the company’s business model such as redemption game targeted legislation, children’s consumer products, children’s online privacy; Draft legislation language (Several states enacted or promulgated language as drafted); and Coordinate with the appropriate Company departments regarding actions necessary for compliance with enacted legislation.
