My career began in project management, consulting and HR with a benefits company in NEPA. After a decision to relocate to Philadelphia I gained experience in the insurance industry and began being a trusted advisor for business owners. During this time I realized the importance of business networking and began to grow an interest in helping other business professionals build their brand. As my consulting skill set expanded, I once again relocated to Allentown where I began working with medium sized businesses as a business consultant for ADP. Through this position I was able to create connections in the IT world and recognize a need for trusted IT advisors to executive/management teams. After 6 years as the Director of Technology Consulting at tech42, llc., a world-class IT service provider in the Eastern Pennsylvania area. Today, I have taken all the knowledge, skills and abilities learned throughout my career of working with business owners and IT teams and transitioned to assisting both. As a Recruiting Manager for Robert Half, I am able to put my skill set to work for the employer and potential employee. Assisting both parties in a proper pairing and see them achieve excellence together is extremely gratifying to me.
