• Run weekly OS&D branch reports for Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary. including monthly reports for Regina Branch
• Ensure that the claims associate is running the weekly claims report every Monday and providing a copy to the Director of Loss Prevention (all claims showing Acknowledged or Abeyance status)
• Review all automatic declared value notifications and take photos of the freight on the floor before it is loaded for destination and save in the appropriate customer folder in the claims directory. Then review the.

• Investigate overages, shortages and damages
• Create OS&D reports
• Investigate OS&D shipments and communicate results to branches/agents
• Deal with miss-directed shipments
• Report/investigate all inbound undeliverable shipments
• Action advise from branches/agents regarding shipments

• Ensuring that the dispatcher has ample amount of trips to provide the drivers
• Making sure that the drivers have the proper documents and informing them of exceptions
• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
