As the business owner of All Around Cleaning Services, I am mainly responsible for overseeing the daily operations to keep the business running. I wore different hats as the sole proprietor and operator of All Around Cleaning Services. The success or failure of the business is often my sole responsibility. I worked to promote the business and draw in clients. I was responsible for the hiring and training of cleaning agents. I also handled any disciplinary actions of specific employees. I was heavily involved in the financial aspects of the business. I tracked all income and expenses, as well as the the profit and loss of the business. I also evaluated the efficiency of the staff, by visiting client homes or sites where the services were provided. As the owner, I provided hands-on approach with all aspects of the business’ operations. I integrated into each activity that the business performs and was aware of how the clients feel about the work provided. I also demonstrated excellent time management skills, self-monitoring, motivation and strong man-management skills.

As Equipment Manager, I was responsible for managing Third and Fourth Party Logistic suppliers to both Qantas Customer Experience and Qantas Catering businesses requirements, including equipment suppliers to the airline. I proactively assisted in activities that will improve customer satisfaction and bring about transformational savings and process efficiencies as well as innovation to ensure Q catering remains competitive. I also proactively developed and enhanced customer satisfaction initiatives by attending regular meetings to provide feedback on performance against agreed standards and contractual commitments and providing feedback on opportunities for improvements with solutions. I also provided support to Sr. Catering Managers and Director of Catering in planning and on site execution of large events.
