• Monitors and maintains weekly production boards across all markets• Supports construction and facilities teams with bid procurement, contract administration, project scheduling, and stakeholder communication• Prepares monthly construction cost summaries and project status reports• Assembles construction draw and replacement reserve packages in collaboration with internal and external partners• Coordinates the project close-out process including asset logs and warranty documentation• Maintain all fleet records and coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules• Aids in the review, approval and processing of construction related invoicing including lien waiver documentation

• Actively seek and monitor opportunities to bid and/or secure work for the Company. This includes selectively providing budget or technical resources for existing and new clients.• Spearheading all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met, including determining any of required additional resources (manpower equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations• Prepare bids and/or estimates in a methodical manner to ensure that pricing represents the scope as defined in the construction documents and reflects the bidding environment at the time of preparation.• Create procedures, review construction budgets, investigate variances, approves expenses, and ensures that construction billings are issued to clients and payments are collected

• Performed reconciliation of the bank’s general ledger to its subsidiary system ledgers and internal DDAs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and resolve reconciling items that did not clear through the normal process• Prepared journal entries daily to accurately reflect the financial position of the bank• Maintained fixed asset and prepaid system records and processed Accounts Payable including: obtaining approvals, maintaining vendor records, coded and input invoices for payment (indexing), distribute payments, and maintained files• Data analysis of products for the credit union to offer• Updated GL balances daily in Excel/research GL outages
