• Lead project manager and research engineer for the development of a test facility used for the measurement of gas permeation through dPoint’s Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) cores.• Designed and constructed the test facility, mechanical system and test apparatus.• Calibrated the test instrumentation to validate system air flow and system air leakage and developed a gas concentration model to assess the effectiveness of the tests.• Conducted over 50 tests to quantify the permeation of gas through the ERV cores. • Implemented a data acquisition system using LabView software.• Successfully completed and reported on all required projects within the 8 month contract period.
