• Plan, direct, and organize the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of financial information for assigned market center location including month end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and analysis.• Supervise all market center office staff.• Hire, develop, and coach staff to meet performance standards and deliver outstanding customer service.• Drive contract compliance, billing accuracy, and timely/comprehensive collection of outstanding A/R balances.• Maintain proper internal controls and enforcement of AUS policies and procedures.• Assist in researching and resolving accounting issues and projects.• Support and collaborate with General Manager and other market center and finance management.• Responsible for preparing and analyzing journal entries and assembling the proper supporting documentation in accordance to policy • Produce and review daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc reporting through the use of reporting systems/tools as required by client and SOX requirements • Create/maintain standard operating procedures in accordance to policy

• Responsible for preparing and analyzing general ledger accounts on a monthly basis by meeting and exceeding published corporate deadlines• Responsible for preparing and analyzing journal entries and assembling the proper supporting documentation in accordance to policy• Produce and review daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc reporting through the use of reporting systems/tools as required by client and SOX requirements• Create/maintain standard operating procedures in accordance to policy• Support client inquires and information requests within our service level agreement• Support month end, quarter end and year end closing and other key processing deadlines• Perform back-office transactional tasks with high quality, meeting or exceeding data entry requirements

• Handles the processing and posting of Medicare payments• Generates payment refunds or offset payment requests as appropriate based on internal policies and controls.• Addresses routine and non-routine telephone, written and electronic inquiries from external customers regard-ing payments, refunds and other accounts payable or accounts receivable related tasks• Interacts and collaborates with internal staff members as appropriate on accounts payable and accounts receiv-able related tasks• Processes solicited and unsolicited payments from providers, physicians, suppliers, beneficiaries, insurers,third party administrators, and other entities; researches payment issues, may void, or reissue payments includ- ing stale dated checks
