At this role, I performed the following activities:1.Screened prescriptions for accuracy and prevention of drug therapy problems (DTPs)2. Documented and kept a register of controlled drugs for legal and stock control purposes3. Utilized an electronic health management software for accurate pharmacy records, patient profiles and inventory4. Engaged in patient care rounds alongside other HCPs5. Educated patients about their medications including how they should be taken and possible side effects they should expect while taking their medication.6. Provided information about drugs to other HCPs7. Managed inventory, stock levels and prevention of drug expiration8. Dispensed of Prescription and over the counter medicines to patients9. Engaged in mentorship and training of student trainees.

At this role, I performed the following activities:1. Ensured that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable2. Advised patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients' questions.3. Monitored medicines stock levels, expiry, supply chain and ensuring that the pharmacy premises and systems are fit for purpose4. Educated other healthcare professionals about safe and effective medicines use5. Managed drug billing and payment6. Supervised compounding of medicines for paediatric patients7. Engaged in patient care rounds alongside other health professionals

At this role, I performed the following activities:1. Onboarded newbies into the Web 3 ecosystem by introducing them to various Abit products.2. Organised various seminars and webinars to educate people about Abit Network.3. Used various social media content to promote Abit network's product
