Appointed General Secretary by LEITAT in charge of the IAM3DHUB (industrial consortium)board of governance and management, reporting to the Board of Directors, with the given mission to:Expand Internationalization + Grow IAM3DHUB's structure of technological partners within the AM/3DP value chain + Increase technical activity, increase technology adoption across european industry.Operated and managed by LEITAT, the International Advanced Manufacturing 3D Hub accelerates the adoption of additive manufacturing technologies across the industry and medical sectors by leveraging the technical infrastructure and equipment provided by its technological partners.

Strategically led the development and implementation of key initiatives to impulse structural and operational growth;• Stablished strategic partnerships; +20 new partnerships in 2021-2023 after 7 years with a core structure of 5 partners.• Fostered internationalization of the organization by enabling strategic alliances with the main EU AM Hubs, organizations, companies and public entities.• Created an organicly grown IAM3DHUB’s MKT & COMM team. Strenghtened MKT & COMM strategies, activities and impacts. Organizing +10/year in-house events & openhouses, exhibiting at +10/year international tradeshows & events, realised +50 Customer Sucess Cases, created a brand new in-house Applications Showroom to exhibit the most relevant Sucess Casess, and engaged with +25 international media companies to increase communication impact.• Impulsed execution of r&D projects with the IAM3DHUB’s Technical team (+20 FTE employees). Increased technological activity (projects) and +30% revenue.• Managed financial and administrative operations, ensuring goal attainment and financial sustainability, from a funding mix of private contracts and public funds (EU & National).

The Additive Manufacturing department at LEITAT R&D Technological Center, composed of a team of engineers, scientists, technicians, and designers, manages projects and services for companies and clients seeking to implement additive manufacturing technologies in their products, production processes, or tools. Additionally, the department engages in various scientific and R&D projects, whether privately funded or supported at the national or European level.

[NACAR DESIGN] - PM Lead in the marketing research project to define HP’s “New Industrial 3D Printing Platform" requirements for the next 5-10 years hardware systems. Subject Matter Expert for the Industrial Tooling market. I conducted market research, identified customer requirements, pain points, drivers for adoption, barriers to adoption, and technical requirements for the Industrial Tooling vertical. I engaged and interviewed a variety of clients and industry experts across EMEA, APJ, and AMS regions. The findings and conclusions were then presented to HP's Board of Directors, providing strategic advice for decision-making related to investments and business development.

[NACAR DESIGN] - Applications for Marketing & Sales Lead in charge of the strategy of applications and samples development with a team of 5 Industrial Designers to showcase HP MJF 3D Printers capabilities . Defined Strategy and Developed Marketing assets for the worldwide organization: - Sales Kits - Applications for Tradeshows & Events - Customer Experience - Demo Centers (Barcelona, San Diego, Vancouver, Singapore, etc...)Led and developed +100 real Use & Business Cases from worldwide real customers using the HP 3D technology, for Marketing and Sales.

EMEA BEST PERFORMANCE in MKT & SALES RECOGNITION: Rewarded with a Career Experience in Apple’s HQ in Cupertino, California, USA, to join an international team (+25 people from and APJ, AMS, EMEA) to develop new Marketing strategies to be implemented WW regarding iPhone and AppleWatch products, as well as Customer Engagement Marketing throught Visual Merchandising and Apple Stores experiences. Involved in the Apple Stores remodeling strategy & development program, openning the first Apple Store of its kind in San Francisco - Union Square in May 2016, under Direct reporting to Apple’s #1VP Angela Ahrendts.

Design and development of a new catalyst based on gold (Au) as active metal and cerium oxide (CeO2) as ceramic support, to obtain greater efficiency in the conversion of harmful gases produced by combustion in car engines. Project awarded by the Institute of Industrial Engineers in the Final Grade Project competition of 2015 Engineer’s promotion.
