Provides strategic leadership and expertise to drive innovation in Human Resources solutions to support client groups on a broad range of organizational issues of critical importance to the business; proactively anticipates business needs by having deep knowledge of client's business strategy and provides realistic solutions aligned with the divisional business objectives through organization redesign initiatives, change management programs, leadership development, and building organizational capability.

Lead strategic initiatives for Electro-Mechanical manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Australia, as well as global medical device supply operations. Oversee a segment of the commercial radiology business in LATAM ( covering 20 countries and 4 sub-regions). Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, drive personnel planning for mergers and acquisitions, and support local management in HR matters. Manage People Strategy including performance, succession planning, training, compensation, EEO, benefits, and recruitment.

Deliver comprehensive HR strategic and operational support to the Pharmaceutical Latin America and Radiology Commercial Leadership teams. Serve as a strategic partner across three manufacturing sites: PS CH with 800 FTEs (including unions), AH, and BMS Site with 450 FTEs. Provide expert guidance in Human Resource matters to drive business results and maintain control over key performance indicators (KPIs) within PS, BTS, and BMS. Lead the implementation of talent management strategies, including leadership succession planning, as well as development initiatives tailored to ensure the organization possesses the right talent to achieve its objectives and secure long-term success.
