•Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or senior QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system at the site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS Procedures.•Prepare work inspection requests (WIR) for each construction activity and submit to a consultant to ensure it•Covers all the construction activities done on-site.•Check all incoming materials as per project specifications and approved material submittals.•Monitor WIRs and test reports and update the Quality Manager and site team on the status.•Establish and monitor control of QA/QC Plans, Method of Statements and Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Checklist, and Material Submittal as per QCS and Project Specification and submit for the consultant as per the approved ITP plan• Prepare MIR (Material Inspection Request) as per ITP for the completed work and the received material.•Commencement of the project and implementing it during the project to meet the project quality•Requirements and client’s expectations.•Ensure that control of document procedures is implemented and all approved documents from the consultant are distributed through the document control system.•Carrying out site surveillance inspection to check whether work is complying with project specifications and QCS.•Conducting Quality Toolbox Talks with workers periodically to avoid any poor workmanship which could affect the quality of work.•Maintaining logs for NCRs, Calibration Certificate, Survey reports, Material test reports, and all other documents related to the project.• Conducting periodical Internal Quality Audits based on an approved Audit Schedule on various departments in our project and our subcontractors to check the Quality Management System.

•Preparation of Work Method Statement (WMS), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Checklist as per QCS and Project Specification and getting approval from the Main contractors and consultant.•Preparation of Material Submittal documents and submission to the consultant for approval.•Carrying out Inspections as per ITP and preparation of Quality Toolbox training for each activity.•Preparation of MIR (Material Inspection Request) documents after the arrival of material to the site to raise the inspection for approval of the materials from main contractors and consultants.•Daily Site Inspection and surveillance of the work completed to avoid any quality issues in the work.•Preparing BOQ for the awarded project to get approval.•Preparing and drafting drawings and getting approvals.•Overall in charge of all the activities on the site.•Planning, Designing, and procuring materials for the site.•Overseeing construction and maintenance facilities.•Execution of all the work activities at the site and efficient usage of all the resources to get the proper outcome.•Inspection of all the completed activities with the client.•Tracking the progress of the site to complete the project as per schedule.
