Colleagues describe them as "I worked with and reported directly to David Agan for over 5 years during my tenture with Aqua Clear Industries. My belief is that there are two types of leaders. Those who say "there's the hill go get it" and those who say "there's the hill, let's go get it." David is definitely the second type of leader. He is a hands on hard dedicated worker who sets goals and more importantly achieves those goals. If I would start a new company tomorrow, David Agan would be one of the first people I would contact to become a leader in that company.
