Key experience in real-time hospital alerts, insights into SDOH barriers, provide non-clinical consumer data for marketing or analytical use cases, updated contact information and identity management solutions.

Manage all aspects of our risk-based contracts between Hospital Systems, Independent Physician Associations (IPA's) & TN Quest (Management company owned by Cigna-HealthSpring). Responsible for network development, medical management, revenue recapture / opportunities, strategic partnerships with hospital systems and specialists, improving quality outcomes / STARS scores, increasing patient growth and all other lines of business where revenue is tied to quality outcomes.
