In my role as an Internal Communication Analyst at WIMT, my primary focus was on fostering effective communication within the organization. I worked to develop and implement communication strategies that aligned with the company's goals and values. This involved crafting clear and engaging messages, managing various communication channels, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. I collaborated with different departments to gather information, highlight key achievements, and address concerns, facilitating a transparent and open communication culture. Whether it was disseminating important announcements, organizing internal events, or managing the company's intranet, my aim was to enhance organizational cohesion and keep employees informed and engaged in the company's mission and initiatives.

Como analista de Recursos humanos estaba a cargo de ayudar a todos los empleados con dudas que tuvieran acerca de procesos y políticas internas, analizaba y presentaba KPIs de rotación en tiendas y clima laboral, me encargaba de almacenar documentos de nuevos empleados y también en el proceso de altas y bajas, ayudaba a gerentes y subgerentes de tienda con procesos de RH y con el software que estaba en tiendas. Así mismo organizaba eventos de integración, apoyaba en el área de entrenamiento y reclutamiento cuando era necesario y fui project manager de diferentes proyectos que se ejecutaron de forma exitosa cómo el tracking de procesos de onboarding para evitar la rotación temprana , entre otros.
