Currently working with the Internal Audit department with a focus in IT, Security, Project Management, and Vendor Management. My job is to provide independent assurance the risk and control framework is designed and operating to the extent that it meets management’s expectations. In March of 2018 I was promoted to Senior IT Auditor.

Supported approximately 250 employees with various software and hardware issues, as well any project work that was needed. I started off with Adecco in June of 2011 on a temporary assignment, since then I was hired full time. In my time at Rabobank I have written numerous guides to assist users and other technicians. I have also worked closely with the other teams in the IS Department to insure issues are corrected and projects are completed on time.

Grass Valley, Ca

Supported approximately 150 internal employees and 50 external employees with various software programs mainly Windows XP, Microsoft Office, VPN, and various propriety insurance rating systems. I would also set up permissions on network share drives and network printers. I was responsible for reimaging older PCs, purchasing new PCs when needed, and setting up new users when employees were hired all of which was tracked in our management system.
