Hi, my name is David.I am an Electrical Engineer. I like to think and dream big but keep both of my legs on the ground. The thing that fills me with joy more than anything (except for my wife…) is accomplishing the goals I have set for myself. I am a rock climber and mountain cyclist, both literally & metaphorically.I believe that the world is in our custody, and in the meantime, we haven’t been doing a great job. In my opinion, our future depends on developing and finding breakthroughs in energy storage and renewable energies. this issue is in my soul...𝗠𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿Three years ago, I started my little contribution towards this vision by joining Volta Solar Company as a solar systems engineer. I look back with pride as I see the systems I designed, that produce more than 5MW/h of Israel’s solar energy.Today, I serve as the Technical Service and Operations Manager in the developing EV department at Freesbe. In this role, I’m responsible for the organizational development of technical aspects, leading to significant improvements in our professionalism and service quality to our customers.Another major part of my job is leading the deployment of EV charging stations from start to finish—selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, characterizing products, and, most importantly, maintaining ongoing communication with customers to ensure complete satisfaction for all parties involved.𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 - Development & Product ManagementMy service was in the maintenance center (MASHA 7000 unit). this unit responsible for the production & maintenance of the Merkava tank.My role as an electrical engineer on the unit’s engineering branch had me responsible for the development of testing equipment for the armored vehicles maintenance.As I gained experience, confidence and trust, I move forward to be the product manager of a fire extinguishing systems𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀A decade ago, I joined the IDF academic program. As part of it, I received a B.E in electrical engineering from the Lev Academic Center. Beyond the engineering studies, we studied Torah in the morning. It was a demanding program, but I am proud that I stood by it and enriched my spiritual world at the same time as studying engineering.𝗜𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻I am a creative person that enjoys a good challenge.
