My current skillset includes finding and data on request using SQL, Excel/VBA and occasionally Python to extract data from known sources and then visualizing the data with quicksite/excel/powerpoint/word. The 'data finding' step is enhanced by my knowhow in manipulating tables with custom SQL queries and research into the tables being used. The 'data visualization' step is enhanced by an understanding of statistics, useful correlations and different methods of telling a customer-focused story.I have experience with ChemCAD, Matlab and other engineering softwares and find that I am quick to adapt and learn any tool being requested for use. I have personally seen the process of getting inventory from a vendor into a warehouse, into storage, and back out through outbound shipping. In June 2013, I personally handled packages and then promoted to a Process Assistant role that engaged associates in March 2014. By June of 2014 I was promoted again to a new role in Seattle Washington as a Central Flow Lead; the role defined by manipulation and standardization of 'active' warehouse outbound configurations such as package flow rate to individual processers.During the 2014-2016 period I mastered communication with high level owners of warehouses and became an expert in local processes. One milestone of this expertise was being sent to Poland in 2015 to help with the rollout of a new process on an away team. The team in Seattle scaled up by 2016 and was relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. With this relocation in June 2016, I was promoted to monitoring and aiding peers as a Central Flow Team Lead. I led a team of up to 7 individuals who each operated the configurations on their own warehouses and interacted with leaderships from each. In the role I matured as a leader and put focus on peer development and standardizing processes to minimize frustration of incoming Flow Leads. In August of 2021 I transferred to Aces Research and Configuration Configuration Specialist to learn more of the backend-network wide configurations and assist in larger scale standardization. By June of 2022 I transferred again to Aces Research and Configuration Process Specialist and currently action requests for business analytics on different processes using SQL, Excel, Python and Quicksite.
