In 2010 I began a self employed e-commerce business that included face to face sales with the public. My business included communication with the public by taking phone calls, text messages and emails for product sales. My goal was to provide excellent customer service. I am a loyal and long withstanding employee. I worked for my last employer, Department of Corrections, for 16 years before making a career change.
