Currently WSP's Earth & Environment's Nation Market Leader for State and Local clients. In this role I bring the best of WSP's resources together, assembling state and local project teams with our national and global subject matter experts to provide best in class service to our clients.I also provide program management, quality assurance, and overall project direction for major multisite and task order programs that includes work spanning all aspects of project development, including master plans, large-scale NEPA, permitting, and remedial actions. My portfolio of work includes programs with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), World Bank, Asian Development Bank, China, Russia, Kuwait, Morocco, as well as commercial energy and infrastructure clients. My 34-year professional background encompasses each phase of infrastructure and environmental projects including development of environmental regulatory frameworks, planning, fieldwork, investigation, pilot and feasibility studies, design, permitting, cost estimation, contractor selection/ negotiation, construction management and monitoring, system operation and maintenance, and stakeholder/community relations. My broad regulatory experience in environmental remediation, major infrastructure project environmental impact statements, international and nationwide environmental programs enables me to provide insight and direction to project teams for on-target, high quality, and concise work products that meet client requirements, regulatory constraints and public acceptance.
