Back on the planning bench after many years in support roles, hoping to bring some tried and tested methods back into play.

The main aim of the role is to provide governance and development of best practice in maintenance following SAB Millers Manufacturing Way processes. My current focus is on devvelopment of RCM packages and asset criticality analysis. I was recently involved in the SAP PM development and implementation project at a local level including data cleansing, training, User Acceptance testing and development of Standard work instructions.

Cub Yatala

Maintenance planning for 2 x modern high speed packaging lines producing a range of beverage products at speeds of up to 1100 bottles per minute. This role included preparing maintenance schedules for on going weekly maintenance, maintenance days and annual overhauls for mechanical and electrical trades.

Yatala Queensland

Responsibilities include Skills development for up to 70 Engineering staff at Yatala Brewery. This role included development of training rosters and material, delivering training and assessment and maintenance of training records.

Planned and coordinated all mechanical maintenance for 3 Packaging lines and 1 Keg racking plant including scheduling maintenance for weekly shift maintenance, annual shutdown maintenance and planned maintenance days. Approximately 6 months in same position in Brewing services.

Campbelltown Nsw

This role was a short term secondment to provide Engineering support to the maintenance team while the Engineering manager was on higher duties. I was responsible for the day to day maintenance of Campbelltown Cidery. The engineering team consisted of 1 Planner, 1 Electrician and 4 Fitters working a 3 shift operation.

In this role i was responsible for all planning and control of mechanical maintenance activities including maintenance days, overhauls, on line maintenance and support of unplanned maintenance.

Working on a variety of shifts across the packaging lines to provide maintenance support to the production teams and perform planned maintenance inspections, servicing and overhauls.
