My dedicated responsibility is to help my two teams become self-organizing, self-managing Scrum Teams. As a Scrum Master, I enforce Scrum practices and identifying and eliminate impediments. I protect the team from outside influences, which could otherwise interfere with the team’s focus and ability to deliver value in a short time-box. Partner with client business units to understand needs related to business intelligence solutions. Provide Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse technical architecture design services and training. Provide technical leadership and oversight of business intelligence. Bought, installed and configured Tableau Server and Tableau Desktops and worked with BI developers to set up Tableau Project Folders to reflect the business need. Created numerous SQL Views \ Data-marts for reporting with Tableau and SSRS. Created tables to help with creating linear trend Models. Understood a need for a reporting structure to be created in SQL Server between HR (ADP) and the 166 locations thought the U.S. to assist in correct monthly commissions and future reporting needs.

Designed and built an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) database to send and receive CMS preference and request files monthly.Reporting & Data Analyst (ACO) : Organize population reports from various data sources into standard work package used by service line leadership to determine most effective work activities to impact population health.Organize and facilitate regular data exchanges with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS).Effectively work with third party administers (Active Health) ,data analytics vendors and external parties to gather, assess and develop data into reporting packages and dashboards.
