Responsible for-Assist constituents with their needs or concerns in person at the office in a professional manner-Enter into LCMS constituents' letters and respond with eloquent and appropriate language -Thorough research of Assembly and Senate Bills for proper responses in letters-Edit templates used for creating responses-Compile and distribute weekly news emails for state employees-Answer phone calls directed to Assemblymember Mark Stone's office -Taking inventory of all office pamphlets and reading supplies-Responsible for keeping the office clean and taking out the trash as needed
