Enterprise Account Manager

I work with marketing teams to develop plans for, and execute on key objectives related to their businesses. Excelling in this position has required a refined level of organization, the ability to confront difficult conversations, and the knowledge of how to say no effectively. In terms of skills, I am using Excel for budgets, planning, reporting, etc. I am meeting with clients on a weekly basis to discuss a variety of ongoing projects. This position requires consistent refreshers on marketing best practices, while also balancing client services skills. I pride myself on my ability to set expectations, and communicate openly. I am a people person with well-developed skills in communication, empathy, and boundary setting. I use these skills every day in my work with clients and internal teams. This position has given me exposure to full funnel marketing in many different industries. I have been both on the media buying side, and the media implementation side.
