Member of the bid team for the Holden re-compete which resulted in Raytheon being awarded the Technical scope for a further 3 years. Transformed the existing Holden technical curriculum, including introducing the Zero to Hero concept and working with Holden to set dealer curriculum completion targets for the first time. Project managed the team move from a Raytheon leased facility to a Holden provided facility.

I primarily developed instructor led training materials but also produced some web-based and e-learning solutions. In this role I travelled to Germany to attend the Astra-H TTMT (Train the Master Trainer) session prior to launch of that vehicle in Australia.
