We are unique insofar as we do not charge fees for individual Performance Coaching. This is so we can take the issue of time and money off the table, allowing everyone involved to focus on sustainable Performance ImprovementCoachees are welcome to make a donation based on what you can afford and what the service is worth to you, If you can and if you want. If you cannot afford anything and/or are not getting any value from what we do then there is nothing to pay.Our Coaching and Facilitation services to Organisations are specifically designed to enable sustainable, consistent Individual, Team and Cross-Functional High Performance. We do charge Organisations for our services, but as with our Individual Coaching we are first and foremost focused and committed to ensuring those we work with develop the confidence and competence to make a positive impact.
