CurrentFabricator and AssemblymanSeating – Complete assembly for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.Experience with – Carbon fiber hydraulic press, clear coating, drilling and sanding.Operated multiple vacuum form presses. (3 months) Armrest specialist: assembling aluminum-based panel, gap filling edges,gluing in potted inserts and rails, attaching plastic retainer, installing circuitboard including primary and secondary, attaching plated halo and lid, andstorage bin into armrest. Small sub-assemblies such as adjustable track andsmall cylinder pivots. (18 months) Electrical components and seat harnesses such as interface cables, track and swivel wires, potentiometers, and both hydraulic and track and swivel motors. (15 months) Assembled complete radar units for the GM Autonomous Car project. (6 months) Assembled complete seats for the new Gulfstream 500/600 program. Sub-assembliesincluded mounting swivel to pedestal, building linear actuators, completing linkagesfor footrests and seat pans, and routing wire harness and manual release cables.(12 months)
