Responsible for implementing the organization's human resources recruiting and selection strategies based on business needs, current and future to include planning, coordinating, and implementing recruitment programs and strategies, which deliver a qualified and diverse slate of candidates and prospective employees. Provides outreach to veteran communities, job sourcing, and assisting veteran applicants in the hiring process. Serves as SMEs for veteran-related HR issues and programs, such as federal compliance, pay/benefits, retention, mentoring, professional development, and philanthropy. Develops and establishes effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates and have the ability to influence hiring decisions. Familiar with the tenets of OFCCP and government laws and regulations pertaining to the recruitment and hiring process and knowledgeable of the company’s compensation program, philosophy and management. Duties may include candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting and placing internal and external applicants. Responsible for managing the new employee induction process and may assist in the off boarding for separating employees.

- Manage the communication and detailed information to operate the regional recruiting area and reporting directly to the Operations Sergeant Major (CEO) of an organization covering the states of Oklahoma, Arkansas and parts of Kansas and Texas.- Assists in development of strategic tactics, techniques, and procedures for sustainment and grow future recruiting operations.- Identify training deficiencies and develop a needs-based training plan.- Utilize structured self-development programs to lead, manage, train, and evaluate office managers to build, maintain, and resource high performing cohesive teams.- Responsible for presenting, counseling, and recommending courses of action of specific enlistment options as a viable career.- Utilizes extensive technical knowledge of regulations, automated systems and advanced techniques to influence prospective enlistees.- Ensures quality control for all electronic paperwork, enlistment security screenings, and reserve accessions procedures.- Utilizes Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) during normal daily work functions.

- Direct and lead a recruiting office consisting of 7 personnel.- Provided support for the establishment and cultivation of associations with the local community and educational institutions to maintain positive relationships and to promote interest in military service.- Responsible for the professional development of subordinates and accountable for moral, health, welfare, and discipline.- Directed aggressive market operations, applying competitive management techniques, sales and marketing principles to enhance success in producing high-quality candidates for service in the United States Army.- Implement and maintain the recruiting station management system.- Maintains control and accountability of government property valued at $350,000.

- Recruits, interviews, counsels and qualifies applicants for enlistment.- Distributes and displays recruiting publicity material.- Identifies and cultivates community centers of influence.- Explains military benefits.- Prepare enlistment forms and documents. Arranges for transportation, meals, and lodging for applicants where required.- Assists in market research and analysis and makes appropriate recommendations to the chain of command.

- Responsible for the accountability, maintenance and inventories of the water treatment equipment and chemical supplies- Manages operation and ensures quality control of water supply, storage, distributions and purification activities.- Drafts training schedules; maintains section training files by continual review of available publications and directives.- Assist in determining equipment and transportation requirements for water production, storage and distribution operations.- Maintain positive control of over $3,000,000 worth of equipment.

-Establishes and maintains stock records and other documents such as inventory, materiel control, accounting and supply reports; unloads, unpacks, visually inspects, counts, segregates, palletizes, and stores incoming supplies and equipment- responsible for the health, safety and professional growth of peers, subordinates and equipment valued at 1.6 million dollars.

- Responsible for developing water sources, water points, health, welfare, morale, discipline, training, physical fitness, and professional development.- Determines treatment and treats water for purification purposes.- Maintain positive control of over $2,000,000 worth of equipment.

- Responsible for training and supervising of section personnel - Operate aiming circle, tactical vehicles, tactical computers and other section equipment.- Other duties as assigned.
