Create innovative Web/UI designs while building Inpseirty's online brand standards in collaboration with marketing personnel, internal constituents, and the development team.- Design graphic elements, marketing assets, and visual treatments that adapt to responsive systems.- Create HTML and CSS compatible designs.- Create, maintain, and document visual brand standards along with style guidelines for interactive, user-centric products.- Ensure all creative multimedia channels are in compliance with the company's visual and brand standards.- Develop key performance indicators, review and analyze results, recommend design enhancements and improvements.- Research and maintain knowledge of current design/technology practices, follow and set trends in the online design community.- Provide insight into overall technical strategy and technical architecture of assigned projects focusing on design and usability issues.- Apply conceptual strategy, collaborate in brainstorming sessions and manage projects to completion.

Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, & captivate consumers. Develop the overall layout & production design for websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions & displays, corporate communications & corporate identity.

Collected field data in association with welds on pipes that connected natural gas compressor stations together, created isometric drawings, mechanical piping drawings and recorded project redlines/as built.
