Investment Relations Unit / Strategic Industries Division• Lead, coordinate and/or conduct the development and implementation of strategic economic and financial analysis, performance measurement and risk management reviews of agencies of the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade. • Manage the Transfer Payment Agreement and other financial agreements between the Ministry and Invest Ontario.• Provide strategic advice, expertise and issues management options/solutions to division executives/senior management on agency accounting, financial/economic analysis, performance measurement, and risk management.• Lead/conduct assigned branch/unit project initiatives related to agencies' performance measurement and risk management.

Examined and analyzed student newspaper articles to capture key details and information in accordance with a protocol to produce the quantitative data necessary to create a record of higher education-related protests that occurred in Canada and the US between 2012 and 2018. Met weekly and biweekly with team members and professors to discuss challenges, directions, and hopes of the project. The student newspaper was analyzed using a machine learning AI interface to transform the qualitative data identified into the needed quantitative data. Co-led a team of new research assistants to create a database for a specific branch of the project that focused on institutional responses from both police and universities. Influenced and collaborated with a team member to train, mentor, and correct the new research assistant pool. During the final stages of the research project, I was involved in the adjudication process of creating final canonical events by comparing competing information and reports to select the most accurate and complete information. National movements concerning political unrest and protest were also tracked and complied with to eventually produce a network analysis.

Responsible for opening and closing the store as well as maintaining a daily record of cash flow. I would also direct customers around the store and answer questions as well as concerns regarding products sold within.
