• Evaluate the design and performance of gas compression equipment to meet Customer’s specifications and schedule• Review scope definition, specification, drawings, cost estimation, preparation of detailed, accurate technical and commercial proposals for compressor packages (reciprocating, oil flooded screw and vane)• Interface with all operational departments through the quoting process. • Work on Standard Product packaging to provide a more cost effective package and faster delivery • Sizing and selection of all technical design components including process piping, pressure vessels and control system philosophy• Work with suppliers and sub vendors on equipment sizing and selection such as heat exchangers, control valves and pressure relief valves• Interface with the end user and EPC

• Design mechanical systems and processes. Project values range from $60,000 to $1 million• Maintain effective communication with customers, production and sales within OPW/Hiltap to ensure projects are executed on schedule and on budget• Assist in completion and coordination of projects; managed project information and drawings• Design couplings and pigging equipment using SolidWorks; successfully completed designs with minimal changes by understanding customer needs• Review customers’ specifications, prepare costs and estimates for bids• Source appropriate materials and components for design from suppliers• Provide technical support to customers and sales staff• Manage Hiltap’s product in ERP system (Oracle); assign BOMs, routing and costing information• Investigate and develop mitigation plans and actions to handle customer complaints and returns and internal conformance• Maintain effective communication with customers, production and sales within OPW/Hiltap to ensure projects are executed on schedule and on budget• Manage measurement equipment to comply with ISO 9001:2008 registration

• Operated various machining equipment including milling machine, lathe and MIG welder• Built parts for plastic injection molds, load cells and other custom parts to specified tolerances
