Sublimation Printing:• Place received sublimation artwork into individual pattern pieces and engineer as required-See file requirement page for naming of files and preparation of files.• Color match hard copy call outs with color Swatch templates to send to the PK mill.Screen Prints and Embellishments • Download, number, and save files from designers.• Print actual size placements for scale adjustments. • Review and add necessary specs to color callouts from designers.• Color match and print full size hardcopy callouts for mill to send out.• Prep color swatch templates for tech packs Production• Maintain artwork WIP logs.• Maintain all reference books on all customers and in-house designs received.• Review Panel, Placement print, sublimation and Embellishment strike-offs and Production for correct scale and layout.• Maintain Color Library per season: Archroma by number, Coloro by name then number, Pantone by number and CSi by name.• Review Print S/O for correct color matching, technique, and execution.• Evaluate width, weight, and hand feel of bulk sample• Color-check all lab-dips- trims, and Solid contrast fabrics.
