I am a Chartered Town Planner and qualified surveyor. I previously worked for the Heritage Foundation in Letchworth Garden City as an Executive Director and lead on new developments, including a strategic site to the north of the town. I am an advocate for Garden Cities as part of the solution to today's growth agenda, whilst seeking to protect the legacy of Ebenezer Howard. I lecture on town planning, Garden Cities, master planning principles and stewardship to Universities, international visitors, politicians, land owners and developers.I was Regional Chair of the RTPI for the Eastern Region in 2022, am currently Vice Chair and remain a member of their Regional Activities Committee and Regional Management Board, as well as head judge for the annual regional RTPI awards.I live with Neuroendocrine Cancer and hope to raise awareness of this rare form of cancer. I am a Board Trustee of Neuroendocrine Cancer UK.
