I am a research psychologist with major interests in consciousness and cognition. My experiences include collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data. My thesis project as an MA student at San Jose State University investigated the role of caffeine on memory consolidation. This experience has allowed me to develop skills for scheduling participants, transcribing data, data file creation and cleaning, data analysis in the form of multiple t-tests and ANOVAs, and interpreting and explaining results to be understood for a wider audience. Additionally, related course work in research methods and statistics allows me to run other related statistical analyses (e.g. multiple regression, MANOVA, cluster analysis, etc.) I am passionate about research and psychology and I plan to continue developing my psychological research skills by working with other passionate scientists and healthcare workers.
