Projects completed under my supervision included; law enforcement detention renovation, high-rise corporate office renovation, University dorm renovation, and multiple smaller renovations projects.

DeckOcrete is a family owned provider of concrete surfacing solutions, specializing in custom decorative concrete repair, resurfacing and stamping. Additionally specializes in deck restoration, staining and under deck ceiling systems.

Through my 12 plus years with John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods I was responsible for managing developments in four of the Company’s six operating cities, beginning in Atlanta GA. I was relocated based upon Company need, and at the request of executive management, to Nashville TN. I helped grow the business in Nashville from a non-profit Division to a profitable Division for the Company in two years. Based on my proven success I was chosen to relocate to Louisville KY to open a new Division for the Company. I started the expansion in Louisville from ground zero, with complete P&L responsibility for this Division in addition to managing construction, marketing, and sales strategies. Lastly, in Raleigh NC I helped strengthen the Company reputation and market share in the NC Research Triangle Region. With a strong background in Project Coordination and Construction Management, I acquired a solid reputation as an individual with a motivated attitude and ability to complete the job with proven success.

Managed the Investigations Department for GE Capital Claims Services. The department conducted investigations on individuals suspected of insurance fraud, in addition to performing skip-trace investigations to locate suspects for the purpose of collections. I Created procedures for the department, established goals, and provided on-going training to staff members.

Conducted investigations on suspected fraudulent insurance claims submitted to Travelers Insurance in the Southeast Corporate Division. Investigations were conducted on both medical providers and insured policy holders. Compiled data creating spreadsheets and documents demonstrating fraud patterns, worked with all levels of law enforcement to case conclusion including incarceration.
