For over three decades, I have been a dedicated and proficient veterinarian, providing quality and personalized care to animals and their owners. I have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University and a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience. Most recently, I worked as an associate veterinarian at Ken-Ton Animal Clinic, where I performed 30-minute wellness and sick appointments, excluding surgery and emergencies. I used my CRM skills to communicate effectively with pet owners, educate them on preventive care and wellness, and deliver compassionate and empathetic service. I also demonstrated my multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities by handling complex cases, collaborating with colleagues, and adapting to changing situations. My mission is to improve the health and quality of life of animals and their human companions, and to contribute to the advancement of veterinary medicine and customer experience in the field.
