RAS capacity 6 million smolts per yearMain Responsibilities:- Support in farm building activities and start-up of systems- Management skills of Atlantic Salmon batches in Smolt stage- Support to the farm manager in optimal control of systems like biofilter maturation, biofilter washing, freshwater inlet, temperature control, fish transfer, disinfection system, preparation for new batches and to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment associated- Follow up daily tasks keeping optimal fish performance in collaboration with all teams- Daily analysis of lab result for water quality and actions to be taken- Working with operator and automation technicians to develop and deploy high performance of systems- Production planning, forecasting and budgeting support- Biological control and reporting- Unitary cost analysis and link performance data with financial area- Feed Management- Permanent update of farm legal documentation for national legislation
