Truss Design Manager for as many as 13 Remote Designers for Large Multi-Family and Commercial Projects throughout the country. Overseeing projects for a combined $45 million per year in our Ft Worth Facility year after year. Managing a Solid Team of designers throughout the country.

Directed and monitored both the day operations in the 12 area communities (over 1450 sites) and all sales activity. Overseen service and sales personnel. Responsible for resolution of all written customer complaints and issues through continuous communications. Monitored aged receivables and eviction proceedings. Worked directly with Facilities Manager on all maintenance projects. Stayed current with manufacturers and financing opportunities for sale customers. Oversaw related paperwork and generated appropriate reports. Responsible for staying on budget and for the profitability of the area.

Managed entire territory which included 7 areas throughout Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, Minnesota and Iowa. Assisted 7 area managers and a sales staff of 20. Overseen the direct sales process of over 350 Manufactured home sales during the year.

Supervised and coordinated work activities of workers engaged in drafting, designing layouts and assembly of wall panels, floor and roof trusses. Reviewed blueprints to determine customer requirements and consulted with assemblers regarding building procedures and quality control. This was a start up Truss facility.

Architectural Engineering and DesignBegan design drafting of residential homes using Autocad. I was then promoted to production engineer using I.C.G. (Integrated Computer Graphics) in May 1991. Trained on Argos (Wall Panel Software) in August 1993. This program was used to produce component wall panels on computer to be fabricated in shop for custom homes and commercial projects.
