He’s worked with world-class agencies including DDB, TBWAChiat\Day and Cliff Freeman&Partners where he consistently challenged conventions for brands such as Coca-Cola, Lexus, Michelin, Reebok, NFL, Bacardi and New York State Lottery.DAVID&GOLIATH In 1999, Angelo founded David&Goliath, a purpose-driven creative company designed to take on the toughest marketing Goliaths, no matter how big or small. Throughout the years, D&G has helped brands unlock their authentic challenger spirit and achieve unsurmountable results because of it, for brands including Kia Motors, Frito-Lay, California State Lottery, Jack In The Box, Vizio, and Universal Studios to name a few.TODAY, I’M BRAVE In 2016, Angelo founded the global nonprofit Today, I’m Brave, dedicated to unlocking bravery in today’s youth so they can take on the challenges of tomorrow and become our next generation of leaders. With three core pillars: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Health & Wellness, and Education, Today, I’m Brave is dedicated to creating sustainable impact and measurable results for initiatives designed to help lift underserved youth. Last summer, Angelo launched the nonprofit’s most impactful innovation, Brave Camp New York. A bespoke, four-year, transformative summer camp program, custom designed for teens from Harlem, that unlocks the unstoppable power within them so they can defy the challenges in their lives and accelerate them on a path toward their greatest potential. Throughout his career, Angelo has garnered more than 500 of the industry’s most prestigious awards, including Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, Clios, Effie Awards, MediaPost’s Automotive Agency of the Year, and Ad Age Small Agency of the Year. Guest speaker at FastCo’s Innovation Festival, ANA, Children's Hospital of LA, Advertising Week London and NYC, 4A’s, TedX and the One Club, Angelo was named LA's Entrepreneur of the Year, 4A’s 100 People Who Make Advertising Great, and LA’s Top Power Players and Living Legacies by Angeleno Magazine. He sits on the board of the 4A’s, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA) and the Kenley Jansen Foundation.
