Service Coordinator
CurrentResponsible for creating and maintaining a great customer experience. Man Customer Service counter to assist customers with more in-depth requests, and oversee a team of cashiers. Specific duties include:- Process returns and exchanges- Educate customers on store policies regarding mPerks, rain checks, returns, etc.- Promote membership in mPerks program store credit card sign-ups.- Help train and mentor cashier team.- Help create weekly employee schedules.- Coordinate break and lunch periods on a daily basis for cashier team.- Monitor customer flow and switch cashiers between normal register and self-checkout as necessary.- Conduct employee evaluations.
