I have spent my entire career working with technology. What drew me to technology was electronics. Computing is an expansion on what electronics meant to me. I have mostly worked on infrastructure projects for the last 20 years, knowing that the most important thing to do is protect the data. Making the data easily accessible and secure as possible. I believe in efficiency and simplicity. That may mean abandoning an existing platform that is no longer sustainable and cost effective. Cloud computing and automation are the big drivers. This brings new standards to the table that I want to be part of. While I have spent most of my time working on Windows platforms, I recently became a Certified Google Associate Cloud Engineer. When it comes to working on Architecture solutions, again it goes back to being simple and efficient. Not ignoring that there might be something archaic in the current design, but also address the business needs.
