Process Specialist of Pre-treatment, E-coat and Wastewater Treatment

I am completing my master’s degree in dual education. From February 2022, I was admitted to the Scheduling and Control Organization. During this time I am helping with monitoring and optimizing production and energy consumption & managing unplanned events. I have learnt and gained plenty of experience about the LEAN thinking, and I have learnt a lot about petrochemical technologies.

The company makes springs and stabilizers for cars, I worked as an intern on the painting line. I started working here because I wanted to gain experience during my bachelor’s time. My main tasks were continuous analysis / measurement of samples in a chemical laboratory, wastewater treatment unit inspection, troubleshooting, calibration of pH meters. I was spending my summer in an American Jewish camp, where I was working as a member of the maintenance team. My main role was keeping the camp tidy, mainly maintenance tasks, such as repairing and preparating equipments. My duties included easy physical work, childcare and continuous contact with the employer and other staff members of the camp. Besides working, my main goal was to improve my language skills during this time.
