Key ResponsibilitiesTo manage the Group IT and Various Lines of Business’ relationship• Serves as ‘Trusted Advisor’ between Group IT and various Lines of Business• Attends management forums where appropriate• Serves as escalation point between various Lines of Business and Group IT• Represents the needs and interests of business to Group IT contributing to relevant solution discovery discussions with Group IT development and operational teams• Maintains detailed knowledge of the Division’s business processesTo partner to identify and understand business strategy• Collaborate with business and Enterprise Architecture to develop capabilities roadmap• Facilitate alignment across business and Group IT StrategyProvide Service Management support• Establishes and negotiates Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with various Lines of Business on behalf of Group IT• Has oversight for Group IT service levels and reports on performance on a monthly basis• Ensures that Group IT is able to deliver to committed SLA’s• Play an active role in problem resolution with relevant Group IT owners teams representing business interestsPortfolio Management and Demand Shaping• Supports business in shaping business demand and facilitates prioritization through relevant processes• Supports business to motivate for technology investments through development of business cases for Group IT strategy enabling priorities• Governs the functional portfolios by facilitating the relevant Project and Portfolio ForumsOversight of key project delivery to ensure Value Realization,• Communicate portfolio health to business stakeholders• Ensures technology benefits are monitored and tracked in partnership with various Lines of Business and Project Management Office(PMO)• Facilitate organizational transformation management with various Lines of Business to ensure successful outcomes
