In my role as a leader of the Centre of Excellence Team, I guide a group skilled specialists that provide a comprehensive array of digital support to our Marketing and Brand teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). I also contribute to our upper and mid-funnel digital marketing strategies across EMEA through planning, directing, and coordinating activities across key digital work streams.

As a member of the Digital Field Marketing Centre of Excellence team, I execute comprehensive digital service solutions across participating hotels and markets. My responsibilities include supporting the execution of digital service packages offered to hotels across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Within our destination marketing framework, I also define the scope of channels which includes strategising, planning, directing and coordinating activities across key digital work streams to ensure strategies and tactics are implemented to meet commercial goals and objectives.The successful execution of activities and deliverables is done via a team of Digital Specialist’s that report to me.

In my role as an Account Manager, I work across multiple clients in various industries carrying out high-level service duties. I’m involved in sharing new ideas for campaigns, optimising and managing current campaigns as well as presenting the success of these campaigns.
