Military Exercise Planner
CurrentSupport U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe G-35 planning efforts by developing military objectives, tasks, and resources required to achieve mission success. Assess and recommend courses of action, consider various operational factors such as logistics, intelligence, and manpower, and develop detailed plans, orders, and directives that guide the military's actions in future operations. Participate in Combatant Command (CCMD) and Service echelon operational planning teams and working groups that address potential future conflicts, crises, or operations.Coordinate and collaborate with joint, service, and coalition allies and partners to ensure cohesive and integrated planning efforts.Integrate Joint and Service Global Force Management (GFM), Force Deployment Planning and Execution (FDP&E), and Joint Training Information Management (JTIM) data to enhance the capability to plan and conduct joint military operations and exercises.Produce documentation including CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, white papers, and other military documents. Prepare and present briefs for guidance and decisions by senior officials and government leaders.
