I am an owner of a small business that focuses on the health and safety of employees in the workplace. We work with a wide variety of industries with an emphasis on construction safety and lab/research safety. We have a fantastic team of 12 individuals and have crafted our companies future with a basis on service excellence and cultivating relationships with our customers. I am very involved with some of our long term clients as well as constantly providing support and training for our employees to help them grow professionally.

Supervised the loading and dispatch of UPS delivery trucks. Managed a team of 15-20 loaders and worked with driver supervisors to balance stops and piece counts to target 8-9 hour days for 70-75 UPS routes.
