CurrentCore Network planning ( Fixed and Wireless) and VAS: Analyzing utilization reports and planning and acquiring additional links, equipment and licenses, as well as new technology. Implementing new solutions and testing of new technologies and POC in the lab. Attend all meeting involving interconnect reviews and solutions involving new technologies. Writing technical motivations and follow up meetings with Senior and Executive Management for the acquisition of new licenses or equipment; coordinating the RFQ, Ordering and Sourcing process. Maintaining the planning records including network architecture and high level diagrams.Previously: Wireless ( CDMA) Core Specialist and later Acting Manager ( CDMA Core)Training : Attended CDMA Core and advanced training at Huawei University in China, Movius VMS training and Huawei SMSC training.
