Benchmarked product performance and established key performance metrics to quantify customer value drivers.

Was responsible for working with the Field Operations Coordinator to design cement slurries for well cementing jobs offshore.Simulating well conditions in the Lab to determine the required cement slurry consistency for flawless execution at the wellsite to meet customer expectation.

• Provided general assistance to implement basic HSE program requirements within the HSE Management System to ensure practical, cost-effective measures were in place within the workplace, and a Safety Culture existed to ensure employees were accountable and responsible for health, safety and environmental conditions and practices.• Assisted in implementing HS&E programs, systems and management standards to achieve a workplace free of incidents. Typical was the waste segregation project and T-Card system implementation.• Assisted with safety and environmental audits and inspection of facilities to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory laws. • Conducted Risk & Impact assessments on workshop operations which are being used at the Takoradi Base.• Assisted in coordinating weekly Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) meetings to review any near miss cases, safety observations and other issues.• Was responsible for collating all safety observations on site and those from the rig-site into the Baker Hughes Safety Observation System (SOS) Interchange Server.• Document control and Inventory duties of all safety equipment (PPE) and its distribution to all personnel.• Conducted HS&E Orientation for new employees and contractors new to the Takoradi-Ghana Base.
