• • Oversee all infrastructure and technology budgeting for daily company operations.• Direct the scaling and building out of systems to support global 24x7 access to the SaaS product, helping sales a reach a broader market.• Lead remote and local developers, design and systems groups, and database admins in designing and producing all new product versions. • Spearhead technological changes needed to support changing industry demands and current technology trends, allowing sales to grow.• Continuously monitor network and system performance. Make hardware and software recommendations to company leadership to ensure client retention. • Executed the expansion of software products offered, growing the company from a single basic offering to a broad suite of products.
