Dave has over 25 years of experience working in the state legislative arena and has been representing various clients under contract since starting his own firm in 1997.Prior to starting Arbaugh and Associates, Dave served for seven years as the director of state governmental relations for the Washington Public Utility Districts Association, where he developed a reputation as one of the state's leading electrical utility policy experts. Previously Dave was the political director for the Public School Employees of Washington, where he crafted the association's direct lobbying, grassroots and political action committee activities. Dave is a 1982 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University.
