Responsible for working on highly technical, complex projects, including developing systems that will meet the company’s needs; research and recommend future technical needs to management in order to provide the most efficient and effective system for the organization.

Main responsibilities include coordinating with end-users to define complex technical project requirements, functionalities and objectives; analysis of client needs and system capabilities to ensure desired functionality is met; and to lead and participate in code generation and developing of test plans to ascertain program functionality according to specification.

As a Computer Operations Analyst, my main responsibilities included the development of online applications to support business processes, support and administration for the file delivery servers and serve as a technical point of contact between West and it's clients regarding file delivery and processing. Primary technologies include web site development using Perl/PHP/MySQL, C/C++ coding, administration of Windows and Debian Linux servers, and support of legacy MS-DOS batch files and mainframe COBOL applications.

My duties at WIC as an Applications Programmer/Analyst included the development of IVR applications and reporting.

My primary responsibility as an Applications Programmer was the development of custom coding for both front-end call taking screens and the back-end mainframe batch cycle. Job duties evolved over time to include developing and supporting utility applications and scripts used department-wide to assist in problem research. Languages and technologies used were primarily COBOL and Tandem Non-stop SQL.

As an IS Analyst, my primary responsibilities included the development of front-end call taking screens used by the CSR's as well as generating the required back-end data files. Additional responsibilities evolved over time to support custom coding for complex projects and reporting.
